test with new phone

Moblogging, everyone is doing it.

And me.

later…

I wrote the above using my new gadget phone. It’s obvious though, that without a full QWERTY keyboard I don’t have the patience to write lengthy blog entries on my phone, T9 notwithstanding.

Unlike Ben, who has been busily and comprehensively documenting his South Island holiday recently, armed with just a cameraphone.

My old phone was a bit fancier, and I bought a keyboard specially for it (and did the obligatory mobile stuff), but there are none such available for the new gadget.

Although it does do lots of other cool things as well, and therefore I’m sure I’ll live.

Congrats, and conveniently just in time for tedious wintery commuting.

Be ware though, I had a slightly dramatic phone bill the month that we had ISP problems and I did a little too much moblogging.

Aaaah, well, the trick to that is to do it all on a cellphone that work pays for.

And I have blogged on the bus before, too. And yes, it was tedious.

Moblogging is fun, but it does take a while to write a sentence! The T9 predicitive text thing is good, but only to a point. Misses a lot of words and I can’t add to its dictionary.
